To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 60 days of receipt of your order. Orders shipped outside of the USA are not eligible for refunds.
Return of products shipped with free shipping:
Any items being returned that were shipped with no shipping cost (free shipping), will be charged $7.95 if returned for a refund, for any reason. This amount be will be deducted from the refund. This includes partial order returns.
Products Not Included in 60-Day, 100% Guarantee Refund:
Products not included as part of this refund include gallon size orders and any large quantity supplement (32 ounces or larger in quantity.), and EmuDog Emu Oil. For these products returns are not accepted.

Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via USPS or FedEx. Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 4 -6 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment
