Your satisfaction is our primary goal. All of our products have a 60 Day, 100% Guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at evolutionsupply.com, you may return the unused portion for a full refund less shipping.
To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 60 days of receipt of your order.

Return/Exchange Instructions
Notify of us your return via e-mail at info@evolutionsupply.com or via phone by calling us at 678-918-8672, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM EST.
Use a trackable, and or, insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via USPS with delivery confirmation. Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns sent to any other address will not be processed.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@evolutionsupply.com or 678-918-8672
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by the US Post office, USPS, or FedEx. If you wish to have an order insure it is the customers responsibility, not that of Evolution Supply.
Ship to address:
Be careful to insure you provide the correct shipping address. Any error will delay shipping and may result in a lost shipment, which is the responsibility of the customer. If there is a fee from the shipper to correct an address, the customer is responsible to pay this fee and we will automatically charge to your credit card or method of payment.
Order Change or Canceling an Order:
Once an order is placed either online or by phone, it is a committed order. If you wish to cancel please contact us and we will make every effort to cancel, assuming it has not been processed. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a cancellation or take responsibility to modify or cancel an order.
Back Orders:
In the event an item is on backorder we can do the following. Simply inform us of your preference:
Hold the entire order and ship complete; this could take up to two weeks.
Ship the item separately from other items in order once it is available (additional shipping applies)
Cancel back-orders at time of order

Upon procuring an item on our website we will ask for your name in full, credit card information, shipping and billing address, and telephone number. Your address and mane will not be used for anything other than shipping and our internal tracking, and communications with you. We will not sell your information to a 3rd party.
