Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at or 678-918-8672

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

All orders are typically shipped via United States Post Office (USPS.)

Express Overnight Shipping:

Express overnight shipping is available for US orders only. Orders will be delivered the next business day by 5pm local time.

If Express Overnight Orders are placed on Friday it is not guaranteed for delivery until the following Monday, or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day.

For Express overnight Orders placed on holidays or weekends, they will ship the next business day following the order,and then arrive the next business day after the order ships.

Ship to address:  

Be careful to insure you provide the correct shipping address.   Any error will delay shipping and may result in a lost shipment, which is the responsibility of the customer.   If there is a fee from the shipper to correct an address, the customer is responsible to pay this fee and we will automatically charge to your credit card or method of payment. 

Order Change or Canceling an Order: 

Once an order is placed  either online or by phone, it is a committed order.   If you wish to cancel please contact us and we will make every effort to cancel, assuming it has not been processed.   Unfortunately  we cannot guarantee a cancellation or take responsibility to modify or cancel an order.   

Back Orders:
In the event an item is on backorder we can do the following.  Simply inform us of your preference: 
Hold the entire order and ship complete; this could take up to two weeks.
Ship the item separately from other items in order once it is available (additional shipping applies)
Cancel back-orders at time of order

Upon procuring an item on our website we will ask for your name in full, credit card information, shipping and billing address, and telephone number.    Your address and mane will not be used for anything other than shipping and our internal tracking, and communications with you.   We will not sell your information to a 3rd party. 
We also track other info related to your account, orders, shipping, etc.   Again we keep this information confidential and internal.    

Security and Access:
Transmission of personal information is done via a secure server (SSL), that encrypts personal information and protects it.   This helps keep personal information private. 

Cookies are data pieces stored directly on your hard drive.   They are used to allow us to keep track of numerous items to include your orders, preferences, and history.   On your computer you can disable cookies if you wish.
