How does the program work?

Our fundraising catalog is filled with products that range from $7 to $20 with most items $10-$20. The fund raising potential of each item is 45% of the items cost.

We deliver the fundraising packets to your organizations "Fundraising Manager" at no cost to you or the organization.

The organization distributes packets to the participants who get orders from family, friends, relatives, neighbors or from any other safe way to solicit orders.

Here is a scenario of a $500 total order.

1. $500 in total orders.

2. $225 is kept by the organization for their programs.

3. $275 is used to fill the orders. ($25 to cover cost of shipping/startup while $250 for products themselves)

4. The orders arrive to you within 10-15 business days of final order.

5. You distribute the orders to the buyers.

How can we make the program a more success?

The program could be a bigger success by reserving some of the raised money for a special reward for the participating fund raisers when they reach a fund raising goal. This is especially beneficial when the participants are children of a church, school class or another small group however this technique could be implemented in a larger group as well.

The idea is that they will have more incentive to make more sales in order to reach a sales goal, which in turn creates more money for the organization.

Do we need to pay up front for anything?

NO absolutely not.

Q: When we have all orders in, do we pay the total cost/our share up front?
A: Yes we need the total dollar price of 55% of the retail cost of the items that are ordered, so it is recommended to collect the money for orders at the time the buyer orders the items and then keep these funds in a safe place.
