Q: Is there any membership fees? If no why not?
A: There are never any membership fees to purchase from us at wholesale prices, why should we charge people to have the luxury to be a customer of ours and buy from us. We feel that it is wrong to practice that policy.

A: We have a big catalog that has many products with something for everyone.

Q: Can I really make money with this program? What do you do to help me make more money?
A: Yes you can, we have great full color catalogs that have RETAIL PRICES listed and you can use these as sales aids since they don't have our name listed. We also provide you with a customized Online ordering website where you can show or distribute your catalogs and buyers can order from them online. We have many ideas to make money with our merchandise.

Q: Can I purchase merchandise for my own needs/use? or do I NEED to resell them?
A: You can purchase items for your own needs if you like, we have NO RESTRICTIONS.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We charge Pennsylvania sales tax to sales or shipments to PA residents unless you have a PA resale ID on file with us, in that case we will not charge you sales tax.

Q: What do I get with my free starter package?
A: We'll send you a catalog that has our more popular items along with a $5, $10, $15 or $20 gift certificate and information. You also have full access to our members area, wholesale price list, ordering section and more.

Q: What is the $5, $10, $15 or $20 gift certificate?
A: This certificate is based on how much you buy on your first order. The more you order on your first order the more your certificate is worth.

Q: Do you back order or substitute when an ordered item is out of stock?
A: We do not back order or substitute under any circumstances, we have a clear Out-Of-Stock policy where we will refund the total price of out of stock items including the shipping cost of the item.

Q: Do you accept COD orders?
A: Absolutely NOT, we only ship orders that are paid in full.

Q: Do you accept checks? And how long do you hold the order?
A: We will accept checks for your order however there will be a 3-4 week hold on the processing of your order for your check to clear the bank.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount? Or do you require bulk purchases?
A: No on most items you can order a single item or set at a time. In some rare cases we only sell certain items in packs larger than a single piece, which is usually a dozen to three dozen for example key chains.
