This also works very well for dog dermatitis. It contains zinc pca which is very good for pets skins. It effectively treats dandruff and dermatitis yet maintains proper ph levels and moisturizes the skin. Depending one the severity of the skin flaking, suggest bathing with it on day 1; again on day 5 and if necessary once a week for a few more weeks.
Also, if the weather is cold outside (which also causes dry air) it helps to dry your dog fairly quickly.
Dogs itchy skins and paws is a big issue in the north especially in the winter. To help prevent hot spots and itches is their a lotion or balm I can apply to select areas of my dogs?
