A few baby steps worth mentioning are, the fruits and the vegetables should be bought in the respective season such that the high quality of the food is retained or fresh fruits or vegetables should be thoroughly washed with water before consumption to get rid of the dirt and bacteria up to some extent. These small but effective aspects have already made their massive impact in the day-to-day life of the populace! Creation of new organic stores all around the corner definitely cites the silent progress in the mentality of the common person towards the natural form of foods. No doubt, replacement of manufactured food with their organic counterpart is just a matter of time, which simultaneously will declare a war against the cons of technological imbursements.
